Creating a Demand For a New Product or Service
You worked so hard to create a new product or service and hyped yourself up for the launch and then…nothing.
But why? You posted about it, let people know it was coming, started a countdown, what went wrong?
Here are 4 ways to create a demand for a new product or service
1.Educate
When I started releasing content, even free content, I had no one downloading my items.
After looking at my approach, I noticed that that people needed to be educated.
I simply took to my Instagram stories and showed my audience how to download the content and a little peak into what each piece of content contains. My downloads instantly went up by simply educating my audience.
2. Make it Exclusive
Selling a limited number of a new launch will create a sense of urgency where customers will buy faster and spend less time thinking about it.
You could also add extra value to a purchase. I offer exclusive content for customers that join my Coaching Program that they will not find anywhere else on my website.
3. Solve a Problem
Simply think about why your customer would buy your product. People generally purchase because an item solves their problem or it will help them achieve something they want.
Create content that demonstrates how your product can improve your customers’ lives.
4. Constantly Innovate
Continue to create new and innovative products that keep your customers engaged with your shop. Seeing new items will keep your customer waiting for the next best thing that your shop is putting out.
