The Importance of a Break

It has been a couple of weeks since I wrote a post.

Life got a little busy — I wrapped up a chaotic school year, moved to a new house, and gained a new client!

I needed a break to be able to prioritize getting my life settled and get everything at home secure before trying to keep the business going.

So I did just that.

As much as I will preach that consistency is key in keeping your business and social media thriving, it is also important to prioritize your life at home. Without a solid foundation, you will not be able to put your best self into your business.

Do not feel guilty about taking a break from the business to better yourself

Every talks about self care but how many people actually give themselves permission to step back and focus on themselves?

Needless to say, I’M BACK, and I am ready to hit the ground running.
